Govia Thameslink Railway

Running 22% of all passenger rail journeys makes GTR the largest railway franchise in the UK, operating Southern, Thameslink, Great Northern and Gatwick Express.

Provision of architecture, consultancy and technical leadership in a number of projects affecting all users in offices, stations and depots. Projects included: Windows 10 Migration, Application Lifecycle Management, M365 Evergreen, Endpoint Security and Modern Management.  Additionally we provided a hardware device refresh service encompassing thousands of devices across the client's estate.

An international home improvement company with approximately 1,350 stores, and operations in eight countries across Europe. Operating under retail banners including B&Q, Castorama, Brico Dépôt, Screwfix, TradePoint and Koçtaş.

Consultancy and technical leadership in the Windows 10 migration project for Head Offices across Europe and Asia, along with Stores and Distribution Centres. Design and implementation of new Application Lifecycle Management processes and methods to improve application delivery and reliability.

A global leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions and design-led experiences on the Microsoft ecosystem. Helping companies to engage customers, empower employees, optimize operations and transform products, leveraging the Microsoft platform.

Provision of onsite consulting in EUC Architecture to one of the largest utility companies in the UK, on behalf of the Avanade IT Advisory. Solutions presented at CxO level, forming a transformation programme. Architectural assurance and governance provided for change implementation.

Brunel University London

Brunel is a leading technology university renowned for its education and research along with its spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. Within a large campus over 2,500 staff support the teaching and development of over 14,000 students.

Assessment of the existing OS and application delivery mechanisms, creation of a new project “Software Lifecycle Management”. Business case was funded and approved at executive board level in first round. Identified and defined over 40 new roles occupied by 28 individuals from the existing 4 disparate IT support areas.
