Expert Assist Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains. We are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

This policy applies to:
- All employees, contractors, consultants, interns, and volunteers.
- All suppliers, service providers, and business partners.

3. Legal Framework
This policy is aligned with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, particularly Section 54 on Transparency in Supply Chains.
4. Our Commitments
Expert Assist Ltd commits to:
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and partners to assess and address risks of modern slavery.
- Include anti-slavery clauses in contracts with suppliers and partners.
- Provide training to staff on identifying and reporting signs of modern slavery.
- Maintain clear reporting mechanisms for concerns related to modern slavery.
- Take immediate action if any instance of modern slavery is identified.
5. Due Diligence and Risk Management
We will:
- Assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains.
- Monitor high-risk suppliers and sectors.
- Require suppliers to confirm compliance with anti-slavery laws.
- Audit suppliers where necessary.
6. Training and Awareness
All relevant staff will receive training on:
- The risks of modern slavery.
- How to identify signs of exploitation.
- How to report concerns confidentially.
7. Reporting Concerns
Employees and third parties can report concerns confidentially via:

- Reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
8. Responsibilities
- Board of Directors: Overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with legal and ethical obligations.
- Managers: Ensure staff understand and comply with the policy.
- Employees: Report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery.
9. Review and Monitoring
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation or company operations.
